One license per computer?
Yes. Each license activates one computer. Buy multiple for multiple booths.
What does a perpetual license mean?
A perpetual license means your license to use Event AI Studio Version 1 does not expire. You do not need to pay a recurring software subscription fee to continue using your licensed copy of Version 1. Perpetual describes the length of the license. It does not guarantee that the software or the technology required to operate it will remain available forever.
Does perpetual mean Event AI Studio is guaranteed to work forever?
No. Your Version 1 license does not expire, but technology changes over time. Future changes to operating systems, computers, hardware, cameras, printers, drivers, AI providers, APIs, browsers, internet services, security requirements, or other technology may eventually affect some or all of the software.
What happens if an outside technology is discontinued?
Event AI Studio may depend on services or technology provided by other companies. If an important service, API, operating system feature, hardware driver, AI provider, or other technology is discontinued or fundamentally changed, certain features may stop working. We may release an update when reasonably practical, but we cannot guarantee that every future technology change can be supported.
Will I receive a refund if a future technology change prevents Version 1 from working?
A future technology or compatibility change does not automatically qualify the purchase for a refund. Refunds are handled according to the Refund Policy and applicable law. Please review the perpetual license information and software requirements before purchasing.
Will I have to pay for Version 1 updates?
No. All Event AI Studio Version 1 updates that we release are included with your Version 1 perpetual license.
What happens when Event AI Studio Version 2 is released?
Your Version 1 license remains valid. You are not required to upgrade. Future major versions are separate products and may be offered to existing customers at a discounted upgrade price.
Can I install my license on multiple computers?
No. Each Event AI Studio license is valid for one computer. If your business uses Event AI Studio on three computers, you need three licenses.
Does the perpetual license include technical support forever?
No. A perpetual license means the Version 1 software license does not expire. It does not include a promise of unlimited or permanent technical support.

Do I buy AI generation credits from Event AI Studio?
No. You connect your own Google Gemini or OpenAI API key. You pay the provider directly per image — Event AI Studio does not sell credits or add markup.

Yes — deactivate and re-activate, subject to transfer cooldown.
