REFUNDS AFTER LICENSE DELIVERY
Because Event AI Studio is a digital software product and the license may be delivered, activated, registered, or made available immediately after purchase, software license purchases are generally nonrefundable after activation, except where a refund is required by applicable law or specifically allowed under a written Event AI Studio refund guarantee.
Before purchasing, customers are responsible for reviewing the software requirements and confirming that their computer and equipment meet the listed requirements.
Future operating system changes, hardware changes, discontinued drivers, AI provider changes, API changes, browser changes, internet service changes, cloud service changes, security changes, or other future compatibility issues do not automatically qualify a purchase for a refund.
If Event AI Studio is unable to deliver or activate the purchased license at the time of the original purchase, the customer may contact support so the problem can be investigated.
Nothing in this Refund Policy removes any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
